Commercial Electrical Services with a clear plan.

01 / Commercial electrical services

Power for commercial equipment

New equipment starts with the right electrical specifications. Share the nameplate, operating requirements and proposed location so we can review the supply, circuit, disconnect and route. We install dedicated circuits for equipment, including forklift battery chargers, within the agreed project scope.

02 / Commercial electrical services

Lighting and exterior electrical work

Request interior lighting upgrades, LED fixture replacements, exit and emergency lighting work or parking-area lighting repairs. Fixture type, mounting height and access affect installation planning. Lift rental and specialty equipment are listed separately when needed.

Troubleshooting and electrical repairs

When a circuit, light or equipment connection fails, we investigate the reported issue and explain the recommended repair. Let us know which operations are affected and who can authorize the work so decisions can be made during the visit.

Panels, subpanels and changing demands

A tenant improvement, new charger or equipment addition can change distribution needs. We review the existing supply, panel condition and proposed loads before recommending a subpanel, additional circuits or other panel work.

Power for working equipment.

Equipment circuits need to be planned around the actual nameplate requirements and the property’s existing supply. Send the equipment details and installation location so we can assess the route and scope.

Commercial work needs a project-specific estimate

Price depends on equipment voltage and phase, required circuit capacity, route distance, fixture quantities, mounting height and access. Special-order materials, lift rental, permit fees and work outside the defined scope are identified in the estimate. Tell us about shutdown restrictions early so scheduling and labor can be planned accurately.

Access, authorization and project approvals

We discuss the proposed work with the person responsible for the property and coordinate access to electrical rooms and affected areas. If a power interruption is needed, the affected operations and timing should be agreed before work begins. Permit and inspection steps depend on the address and project; your scope identifies the coordination included.
