EV Charger Installation with a clear plan.
Start with your charger and parking location
Tell us which vehicle and charger you have or are considering, where you park and where you would like the charger mounted. We review the equipment requirements, cable reach and wiring route together before defining the installation.
Capacity before installation
Available breaker space is only one part of planning. We assess the electrical supply and other loads to determine the appropriate charging arrangement. Where suitable, compatible load-management equipment may be considered alongside panel or subpanel options.
A dedicated charging circuit
The installation scope can include a properly planned circuit, breaker, accessible wiring route, mounting, connections and testing. Hardwired and receptacle-based installations have different equipment requirements. We confirm the selected charger’s instructions and the applicable project requirements.
Residential and commercial projects
A home garage, shared parking area and workplace each create different routing and access questions. For business properties, include the equipment specifications, property authorization and any operating-hour restrictions. Larger or shared systems need a project-specific scope.
Start with the electrical system.
A charging project starts with understanding the existing electrical supply. Share the charger specifications and proposed location so we can plan the circuit, routing and any additional work together.
What is included in an EV installation estimate?
Our basic customer-supplied charger installation scope can include a short accessible wiring run, standard breaker, connections and testing. The charger itself is separate unless listed in your quote. Longer routes, concealed work, trenching, load management, subpanels and panel upgrades change the price. Your estimate states the included distance and the cost of additional work.
Plan permits and capacity before the work
We review the charger, electrical system and proposed circuit before installation, then discuss the permit and inspection steps for your address. Tell us if parking is shared or the property is rented so authorization and access can be addressed. Any utility or incentive eligibility should be confirmed with the program provider; no rebate is assumed in your estimate.

EV Charger Installation: common questions
Do I supply the charger?
Our basic installation item is for a customer-supplied compatible charger. If you need help selecting equipment or want equipment included, tell us before the quote is prepared so the scope is accurate.
What if my panel cannot support the proposed charger?
We review the electrical demands before recommending a solution. Options may include a suitable charging setting, compatible load management or panel-related work, depending on the property and equipment.
How are longer wire runs priced?
The quote specifies the route length included in the installation. Additional route feet can be quoted separately, with adjustments for wiring size, access, new raceway or use of an existing suitable raceway.
Can you install charging at a business?
Yes. Send the charger specifications, address, parking details and anticipated use. We will review the supply, route, access and approval requirements before preparing the project scope.
