Our 5-year workmanship warranty applies to the installation work covered by your project agreement. Contact us if you believe there is an issue with our workmanship; we will review it against the written warranty terms. Equipment or manufacturer warranty questions are reviewed separately.
Do you handle permits and inspections for the work?
We discuss the permits and inspections needed for your project and identify the coordination included in your written estimate. Requirements and fees depend on the property address and scope, so they are confirmed before work begins.
Do I need to be at the property during the visit?
We need safe access to the affected areas and someone authorized to discuss the work. Tell us if you cannot be there so we can agree on access, communication and approval arrangements before the visit.
